Weed smoking wifebeater psycho, follow Jerramy Stevens into free agent oblivion. You have disgraced your team, your city, your sex, your species. Good riddance.
Funny thing about Carroll and Schneider: while they've been all about giving players "second chances" (picking up other teams' cast-offs) they've always said they draw the line at any hint of domestic abuse.
We'll see if that holds true with Hill (and how far up in the draft they'll pick their new linebacker.
Two drug busts, two domestic violence arrests... Hill has burned through his second, third and fourth chances. This team should not be so foolish as to give him a fifth chance.
As an educator, I believe in giving people second and third chances, but when people repeatedly waste those chances and prove themselves incorrigible, they need to go.
I'd feel this way even if Hill were an All-Pro, but he's not. He'll be easy to replace.
